Served A Civil Lawsuit And I’m Currently Homeless In Another Stare

I ruined my life gambling and left to North Dakota to the oilfield and lost more money being homeless and my life ruined and left a 1 year old child and ex wife so I wouldn’t cause more shame to them.

I left all my assets I ever had to them. That will set them for the future…

Right now I’m living in a friends junkyard in my non running vehicle.

I’m a mess.

My brother messaged me on Facebook saying I got served for an old debt. I don’t ever recall ever having a debt of that small size and certainly wasn’t me. I believe there is some sort of error. Last vehicle I had registered is here in North Dakota and I would have thought they’d at least serve me here but they served me in California.

My brother is 14 years of age and thought it was 15+ to be served so is it even valid? I checked online and it seems legit.

Should

I contact the courthouse or attorney and explain I’m homeless and probably gunna die soon I have HIV as well…

And they probably also got the wrong guy I seriously don’t think it was me. The amount was 3,751.

I was a victim of identity theft in the past so maybe that has something to do with it. I just don’t want it to maybe affect my kid in some way.

I gave up on life. Idc about me.

If I call the Attorney or court house will they even listen?

I have no money to even reach California I eat once a week.. or twice if I’m lucky..
