Several Life Guards Falsely Accused Me Of Being A Misogynist And Sent False Complaints To Their Manager With Nobody Even Asking For My Side Of The Story, Another Lifeguard Also Tried To Accuse Me Of Sexual Harassment. My Membership Got Flagged And I Got Kicked Out Because Of These Allegations.

June, 2024:
A lifeguard reported me because I was sitting on the podium playing on my galaxy s4 in the pool room instead of swimming, I was playing Jetpack joyride. The manager and a couple security guards came up to me and asked me what I was doing and I said “playing on my S4, why?” And they told me they got a complaint saying I was eyeing down the lifeguards butt (I didn’t even look at the lifeguard, I was zoned in to Jetpack joyride, also, I may have romantic interest in people, but I’m asexual, I don’t want to do anything sexual. I explained this to her, lifeguard didn’t even get a talking to.)

I was in the pool on Monday, October 4th, 2026, talking to a lifeguard about operating systems because that’s something I find interesting and I said;

“windows 11 is shit.i prefer windows aero or metro.”

The lifeguard nodded in agreement, and said “yeah I don’t like that version either.” Then went to his manager (which I didn’t know at the time.) and suddenly, a manager came up to me and said “Hi, can I speak with you for a second?” And I said “sure, what’s up?”

She told me she got a complaint saying that I called women “a bunch of c***s” and a bunch of other hurtful things. I said “no? I never said that, I was talking about operating systems.” And she disregarded my statement and said that I shouldn’t say things like that.

Ended up going up there last week to sort things out, and I thought I had everything sorted out when I explained everything to the other pool manager.

Well, 5 minutes later, the manager of the whole building and the pool manager I was just talking to came up to me and said that I needed to talk to them.

They said my membership had been flagged because apparently a bunch of lifeguards were sending in complaints about me being sexist and racist, and “overly sexual” (which like I said, I’m asexual.) and that I needed to leave or else they were getting the police involved.

So me and my mom who takes me to the ymca every week just left because I didn’t want to be thrown in jail over nothing, and we have stopped paying for our memberships.

This leads me to my question, can I sue the Jackson YMCA for this? I feel like this has to be illegal.
