Sold Car To Dealership..

Card image cap

Sold vehicle to dealership, signed everything, vehicle in their posession. Two days later, they call me and tell me originally “diagnostics revealed issues with transmission and it’s going to cost them x amount to have it repaired” and then they said few minutes later “around 45-60mph it feels weird” so either I can come pick up the vehicle or they take 2k off what they paid for it. Keep in mind I signed all papers two days ago and the vehicle was purchased yet my loan hasn’t been paid off nor have I received the delta. This car has less than 60k miles and I have had zero transmission issues and it doesn’t feel strange at 45-60mph.

I asked for diagnostics of what they found and they gave me a “work list” sheet of things they may have to do. No diagnostic or anything. I emailed back asking for proof of things especially the “windshield crack” they listed and they haven’t provided anything other than changing what they said again. This time “they found metal pieces” in the transmission. I am driving over there now to have them show me anything. What are my legal options here? On paper they purchased the vehicle…
