Texas Legal Question About Self-managed Medication Abortion

Location: Central Texas
I’m currently looking for factual/legal information, preferably from someone who actually understands Texas abortion law, not opinions about whether abortion is morally right or wrong.
I’m pregnant and considering obtaining mifepristone/misoprostol through an online provider and taking it myself at home.
My specific concern is criminal liability for me as the pregnant person, particularly if I were to have a complication and need to go to an ER afterward.
I’ve read Texas Health & Safety Code §171.065(b), which says:
“A pregnant woman on whom a drug-induced abortion is attempted, induced, or performed in violation of this subchapter is not criminally liable for the violation.”
I also understand that Texas has laws targeting people who provide/mail abortion-inducing drugs into the state.
My questions are:
Can the pregnant woman herself currently be criminally charged/arrested under Texas law simply for obtaining and taking the medication herself?
Does needing emergency medical treatment after taking it change that legal situation?
Are there any other Texas criminal statutes I should be aware of that could apply specifically to the pregnant woman in this situation?
If possible, could someone point me toward the actual current statute/case law rather than articles from before the recent changes?
I’m asking because I have children at home and I am extremely concerned about the possibility of criminal consequences. Please keep the discussion to the current law and documented legal information rather than debating abortion morality.
