Unknowingly Sent Nudes To Minor

When I was 18F (now 20) I met a guy online (from Connecticut) through one of my our friends. He initially told me he was 17. Nothing was exchanged until he told me his birthday had passed and he was 18. We exchanged nudes multiple times and generally flirted, nothing serious.

I was given no indication he was underage - he told me he was in school to get his commercial pilots license, we played age ID verified games together etc. Him and I had a falling out in which he threatened to leak my nudes amongst harassing my friends... to which I replied I would text his dad and school about this if he didn't leave me alone. He followed up with "you know you sent nudes to a 15 year old". Upon reading that I told him to never contact me again and I've had him blocked since.

Yesterday, he messaged me on Discord (did not realize he wasn't blocked there) and I immediately blocked his account. I'm still worried something may come from this or he will continue to threaten me. I realize I messed up but this is making me incredibly anxious. He has my full name and general location. I don't know what to do about this other than the steps I've already done. This person has already displayed stalker-ish behaviour in the past with not leaving me alone, I'm scared he is either going to try and escalate this or contact those around me. Is there anything more I can do? I genuinely had no clue.
