Upstairs Neighbor Purposely Neglects Their Bathroom, Water Damage To My Ceilings. Location: Southeast Florida

Location: South East Florida

Hello, I live in a condo unit in Southeast Florida and I'm currently dealing with a water leak from the unit above mine. For context, it's a two-story building with 4 units on the ground floor and 4 units on the second floor. I dealt with this exact same issue less than a year ago. I own my unit, I do not rent.

The owner at the time had neglected to fix a leak in their master bathroom sink, which is directly above mine (and my kitchen table). It leaked from her unit into the ceiling of mine. She paid for the damages, I got my ceiling patched + painted, and figured that was the end of it. Nope.

A little while ago tonight, I was walking to the bathroom in the master bedroom (I have a 2 bed/2 bath unit) when I slipped on water, almost injuring myself. I looked up to the source, and there are cracks in the ceiling in the shower section of my bathroom - as well as cracks + water damage in the same exact area of the kitchen ceiling as the first time.

My question is, can I take legal action against the owner for purposely neglecting their property multiples times - which has resulting in mine being damaged? Or am I only going to be able to make her pay to fix it again? I'm fed up of this happening again, and I want some kind of punishment implemented.

I'm going to talk to the HOA later to see if there is some kind of mandatory inspection they can force the owner to go through periodically to ensure it's ACTUALLY being maintained. I'm trying to find some kind of specialty lawyer in my area to get further guidance for my options.

Thanks in advance for any relevant advice. I'm on mobile so pardon if the formatting is odd.
