What Can I Do To Get My Cousin Off My Phone Line If She She Is Still Paying Off Her Phone?

I (21 F) have a cousin (21 F) Who recently came into my life again. I had cut her off before for other reason but we were 18. I let her back into my life in june of this year and she basically used me to get out of her parents house. They took her phone and she didn’t have one, she was still in a relationship with her abusive boyfriend (21 M). He didn’t want her to have one so my boyfriend wanted to help her out. He gave her the option of paying off her phone while also paying for her line. We thought this would be a good way for her to separate herself from him.
I had to cut her off because I emotionally could not deal with her anymore. She was in an abusive relationship, she has a 2 year old son and she stayed with him. And recently told me she was pregnant. and that’s why i cut her off.
I couldn’t cut her off completely because she is on our phone plan and if we cancel her phone line we have to continue paying it. I don’t have the money to pay for her phone and my bf and i don’t need a 3rd phone. I don’t know what to do. I need help. She isn’t refusing to pay for the phone but she is being very petty and immature when having to send the money. I need her out of my life completely and i want no connection with her.
Someone pls help. I am desperate for advice.
