Would It Be Worth Fighting For Disability?
Location: Fl , I’m not too sure if i should fight for disability or if i have a good case. It’s become genuinely hard to work but would like to know some alternatives. I’m 23, when i was around 13 i lost vision on my right eye completely due to inflammation and a rare condition called Papillophlebitis. I went under numerous tests and they were unable to determine what had caused it. My vision started getting better after medication and an steroid injection in my eye, however to this day, i see different on my right eye. Everything is a bit darker and my vision is more declined. My left is a -3 and my right is a -4. I don’t have a car and have been blessed to be working from home since 2022, but it has taken a toll on my vision. I have crazy photophobia, get regular migraines and aura migranes, and just overall terrible strain in my eyes from working in a computer 8-10 hours with eye glasses and or contacts. I have no other alternative for jobs right now and i feel helpless.
