10x Health Taps Life Time Veteran Jeff Zwiefel As New President
Zwiefel, formerly the president and COO of Life Time, is joining the genetic testing and precision health platform as it looks to expand its portfolio of brick-and-mortar clinics
Former Life Time executive Jeff Zwiefel, who departed the luxury fitness and wellness operator after more than two decades earlier this year, has been tapped as president and chief operating officer of 10X Health.
The 10X Health platform offers diagnostics spanning genetic testing, gut health and mitochondrial function, with brick-and-mortar clinics in Miami, Scottsdale, Las Vegas and Beverly Hills. Its Genetic Methylation Test analyzes five key genes, while its precision genetic panel says it will identify optimal diet and training protocols based on individual biology.
Beyond testing, the platform sells supplements and features a “Superhuman Protocol” with red light therapy and oxygen training devices, and offers in-person testing, IV therapy and wellness treatments at its clinic locations.
Zwiefel will be in charge of scaling 10X Health’s operations and footprint in the performance optimization and longevity space, which, according to UBS, is forecasted to become an $8 trillion global economy by 2030.
“This is a pivotal moment in the evolution of health and wellness,” Zwiefel said. “Consumers are moving away from fragmented solutions and toward integrated, personalized approaches that combine diagnostics, lifestyle and medical insight into a single, actionable pathway. 10X Health is uniquely positioned to lead in this space, and I’m excited to help scale that vision.”
It’s territory Zwiefel knows well, having most recently led Miora, Life Time’s longevity and performance clinic that offers members bloodwork, GLP-1s, IV therapy and recovery protocols.
Zwiefel, who served as Life Time’s president and chief operating officer before that, was also recently named as an advisor to North Castle Partners, a private equity firm with deep inroads in fitness and wellness.
The former Life Time executive is joined by newly appointed chief medical executive Dr. Kent Bradley, chief legal officer Shivani Kaul, chief financial officer Ashish “Ash” Bhuskute, chief technology officer Prasanna Sivakumar, chief marketing officer Will Sliger, and Craig Gatzlaff, vice president of sales.
10X Health plans to expand its clinical and performance offerings and pursue strategic partnerships across consumer and enterprise channels.
“10X Health is assembling one of the most experienced and dynamic leadership teams in the industry,” 10X Health chairman and CEO Brandon Dawson said.
Through Cardone Ventures, the business consulting and growth firm co-founded by Dawson, 10X Health has also secured a strategic investment in Reviv Global, now operating in 47 countries. The platform also struck a partnership with M42 in Abu Dhabi to expand its precision nutrition and human performance offerings across the Middle East.
