2026 Broncos Training Camp: Day 8 Live Updates
Welcome to Day 8 of Denver Broncos training camp.
It was great to see the Broncos running game finally get going in Friday’s padded practice, but with the caveat that Malcolm Roach, Alex Singleton, and Brandon Jones were all on vet days. That might have played a factor in opening up the run game for the offense yesterday. Even so, both JK Dobbins and rookie Jonah Coleman had big runs during the session. It has been a grueling week of practice, so I am sure the players will be looking forward to Sunday’s day of rest after Saturday’s practice.

Safeties are a bit of a mash today with Hufanga on a full rest day and Jones apparently not getting a full load, either.
Looks to me a bit like Jarrett Stidham has been trying to force plays at times in camp. Just aired one out on first progression deep for Michael Bandy, had little chance, incomplete. Stidham stood for a while after play with hands on hips.

Jonah Coleman so far in camp has consistently produced between the tackles at a higher level than any back on the #Broncos roster not named J.K. Dobbins.

Lucas Krull has caught my eye a few times this camp. Threw a nice block here in end-zone to spring Jarrett Stidham for a TD run, and has caught as many balls in team as any TE in team periods.

Bo Nix’s drive ended with a throw into double coverage to Sutton on fourth-and-goal that JL Skinner knocked down.
Sam Ehlinger took his group down to the 8 but was sacked on fourth down.
