SANTA CLARA, CA - DECEMBER 04: San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (19) is caught between Miami defenders during the NFL professional football game between the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers on December 4, 2022 at Levis Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. The 49ers’ week 2 opponent played yesterday, and they seemed like they’d be competitive this season. For a chance to draft Jeremiah Smith. Maybe he’ll be a good #2 to Caleb Douglas, who looks legit. But besides him ,the Miami Dolphins looked totally hapless against the Las Vegas Raiders. Of all the many nits available to pick, mine is that their edges seemed incapable of defending the run. Myles Garrett, this will not be.

Let’s hope the 49ers stay healthy and focused… be wary of the trap game.

49ers’ rookie De’Zhaun Stribling to miss ‘at least a month’ with deltoid sprain in ankle
“Like any injury, the time missed depends on whether it’s a Grade 1, 2, or 3. A Grade 1 is a mild sprain that’ll sideline athletes for 1 to 3 weeks. A Grade 2 generally results in a walking boot or brace for a few weeks, and you cannot begin running until 6 to 8 weeks. If there’s a complete rupture, that’s when surgery is needed because there is associated bone damage, and you’ll be out for three months or longer. That’s considered a Grade 3.

The 49ers are probably bracing for a Grade 2 injury.”
