Maxx Crosby wasn’t supposed to be with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2026.

So, the Raiders planned their Crosby-less rebuild by spending big in free agency, adding several starters. They looked improved. Then, the craziness happen and Crosby was back in the team’s plans and he is expected to remain with the Raiders this season.

So, while the total rebuild may have taken a hit, the 2026 Raiders should be better with Crosby.

That means they should be more competitive and stay in more games in the fourth quarter. That’s where Crosby can really help.

Check out his impact in terms of big plays in the fourth quarter in his seven-season carreer.

Maxx Crosby was 2nd in NFL in TFLs in 4th quarter last season and leads NFL in 4th quarter TFLs since #Raiders drafted him in 2019 and ranks tied for 4th in sacks https://t.co/4Tsb9dqVVq

Those numbers are impactful and so is Crosby when it counts the most.
