Two of the NFC’s top teams will square off Monday night as the (4-3) Seattle Seahawks host the (5-2) Chicago Bears. This game already felt like it could be an instant classic, with Ben Johnson and Mike Macdonald set to match wits, but the Jeffery Simmons and Quenton Nelson trades add another layer of intrigue. Nelson will start at left guard, and Simmons will play as well.

The official injury reports are out for the game, and the Bears will be without running back Kyle Monangai (thumb/toe) for the fourth straight game. He hasn’t played since the Bears’ win over the New York Jets on October 4.

The Bears list two players as questionable: cornerback Malik Muhammad (toe) and linebacker D’Marco Jackson (ankle). Muhammad was limited all week while Jackson got in a full practice today after sitting out yesterday.

The Bears did receive some good news as both starting middle linebacker T.J. Edwards and reserve linebacker Jack Sanborn, who missed last week’s game, have no injury designation and will play. Also, tight end Colston Loveland, who popped up on the injury report yesterday with a neck issue, was full today and has no designation.

The Seahawks have ruled out three players: starting left tackle Charles Cross, starting wideout Rashid Shaheed, and reserve running back Velus Jones.

Starting linebacker Uchenna Nwosu is doubtful with an ankle injury. He didn’t practice at all this week

Seattle lists four players as questionable: guard Anthony Bradford (knee), quarterback Drew Lock (right elbow), linebacker Patrick O’Connell (toe), and nose tackle Brandon Pili (back). Lock is the only one who practiced today, and he was limited.

Running backs Jadarian Price and Zach Charbonnet don’t have an injury designation, so both are good to go.
