Bengals Make 4 Roster Moves
The Cincinnati Bengals announced Tuesday that they signed safety Russ Yeast from the practice squad to the active roster.
In addition, the team released safety Isaiah Nwokobia from the practice squad.
Finally, the Bengals signed linebacker Emany Johnson and tight end Josh Kattus to the practice squad.
Yeast, a third-year player, was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for two games this season and has recorded three tackles.
Nwokobia, an undrafted rookie from SMU, signed to Cincinnati’s practice squad on Sept. 29 and spent the past two games there.
Kattus, an undrafted rookie out of the University of Kentucky, was originally a college free agent signee of the Bengals in May and spent the offseason and training camp with Cincinnati. He was waived by the Bengals on Aug. 30 and was not with a team for the first six weeks of the regular season.
Johnson, a first-year player out of the University of Nevada, was signed by Dallas as a college free agent in 2024. He spent his rookie season on the practice squads of the Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers, then spent the entire 2025 season on the Chargers’ practice squad. He was not with a team for the first six weeks of this season.
