For this week’s Reacts question, we focused on the quarterback conversation for the Cleveland Browns.

It’s a conversation that I thought would be delayed until a little further into the offseason, or after the NFL Draft. But during the annual league meetings this past week, the news and quotes surrounding quarterback Deshaun Watson came in hot-and-heavy.

Therefore, it was an appropriate time to ask fans who they think the Browns will start at quarterback in Week 1, if they had to put money on it: Watson or Shedeur Sanders. Note that there was emphasis on who fans think the Browns will start, not who fans want to start.

Sanders ended up winning the vote, but by a fairly slim margin, when you consider the fact that just a few months ago, fans thought for sure that Watson had played his final snaps in a Browns uniform already. 54% of fans think the team will end up starting Sanders, while 46% think it’ll be Watson. Things could get more complicated if the team selects a quarterback relatively high in the upcoming draft.

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Browns’ odds to win the AFC North are 15/1, which are last in the division. Could that change with an impressive draft? Right now, we’re in the process of compiling our Browns Big Board.
