Chargers Vs Cardinals Live Grades: Winners, Losers As La Opens 2026 Season At Home

Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season continues Sunday, Sept. 13 with the Arizona Cardinals traveling to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Chargers.

Jeremiyah Love, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft is expected to make his regular-season debut for a Cardinals team looking for signs of life after a 3-14 season in 2026. Love and offseason acquisition Tyler Allgeier look to give QB Jacoby Brissett a more formidable complement in the run game, while a receiver corps headlined by Marvin Harrison Jr. and star tight end Trey McBride provide ample options downfield.

Chargers fans will see how the pairing of franchise QB Justin Herbert and new offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel fits for the first time. Critical will be how an oft-porous offensive line coalesces after allowing 60 sacks in the Chargers' 11-6 season in 2025.
