Commissioner Plus has been discontinued for the 2026 Pro and College Football seasons, butall of its features remain and are now included free for every league:

• League Median Score: Every team has the chance to earn 2 wins per week. Every week, your score is compared against the league median. Beat it and you earn a bonus win for the week. Fall below and you take a bonus loss. 

• Play Against a Second Opponent: Each week every team is matched against two opponents instead of one. Another chance to earn two wins and keep more teams in playoff contention.

• 7-Team Playoffs: Give more teams a shot at the championship with an expanded postseason bracket.

• Add Position Eligibility: Commissioners can grant players additional position eligibility beyond their default, giving more lineup flexibility across the league.

Whether you're creating a new league or updating an existing one, you can tap into these tools that were once behind a paywall. Commissioners can enable these settings from Commissioner Settings within their league.
