The Dallas Cowboys sure have been busy. Through the first three rounds of the 2026 NFL Draft the team has executed three different trades. Two of these were related to draft picks they held that moved and the other was for a veteran, LB Dee Winters.

All told there has been serious movement for the Cowboys ever since the draft kicked off. Here is a summation of everything they have received by way of their trades and everything that they have lost.

Dallas Cowboys Received:

  • 11 overall (Caleb Downs)
  • 23 overall (Malachi Lawrence)
  • 114 overall (fourth-round pick)
  • 137 overall (fourth-round pick)
  • Dee Winters

Dallas Cowboys Lost:

  • 12 overall (Kadyn Proctor went to the Dolphins)
  • 20 overall (Makai Lemon went to the Eagles)
  • 152 overall (fifth-round pick in Dee Winters trade)
  • 177 overall (fifth-round pick)
  • 180 overall (fifth-round pick)
  • 2027 seventh-round pick

In order the Cowboys made deals with the Miami Dolphins (to move up for Caleb Downs), the Philadelphia Eagles (moving down in the first to the spot where they took Malachi Lawrence), and the San Francisco 49ers (the Dee Winters deal).

How do you feel about the net results to date? Do you like how the Cowboys have wheeled and dealed, or would you have rather they not did anything?
