Exec Moves: Stipher Joins Workout Anytime

Workout Anytime Names Peter Stipher COO
Workout Anytime has appointed Peter Stipher as chief operating officer, tasking the longtime fitness and technology executive with overseeing corporate-owned and franchise operations.
Reporting to CEO and majority owner Jerry Pugh, Stipher will work across technology, finance, marketing, analytics and operations to strengthen unit economics, improve the member experience and support the 24-hour fitness franchise’s continued growth.
Stipher previously founded fitness CRM platform Lead Dolphin, which was acquired by EverCommerce, and served as CEO of Motus Consumer Insights before its sale to Vi Labs. Most recently, he was a principal at Private Capital Advisors, where he led the transaction that brought Pugh in as Workout Anytime’s majority owner.
Livelong Media Adds Dr. Stacy Sims as Chief Science Advisor
Livelong Media has appointed exercise physiologist and women’s health researcher Dr. Stacy Sims as chief science advisor.
Serving as an independent advisor, Sims will help shape the scientific direction of Livelong’s content and live events. Her responsibilities will include reviewing programming for scientific accuracy, advising on speaker selection and contributing to content before and after the company’s summits. She will also deliver keynotes and moderate panels across Livelong’s event series.
Sims will appear in her new role at the Livelong Women’s Health Summit, set for Sept. 25–26 at the Hilton Midtown in New York City, with additional events planned for Dallas, Boston, San Francisco and New York in 2027.
Known for her research on the differences between male and female physiology in training, nutrition and recovery, Sims is the bestselling author of ROAR and Next Level. She has held research positions at Stanford University and Auckland University of Technology’s Sports Performance Research Institute New Zealand.
Whoop Taps Yann Gellot as Chief Accounting Officer
Whoop has appointed Yann Gellot as chief accounting officer as the wearable technology company continues to scale globally.
Gellot will oversee Whoop’s financial reporting, accounting operations, tax, governance and internal controls. He brings 30 years of finance experience and most recently served as chief accounting officer and senior vice president of finance at Klaviyo, where he helped lead the company through its IPO.
Gellot previously held senior roles at CarGurus, Dassault Systèmes, Harvest Power and PwC. An endurance athlete himself, he has completed seven Ironman triathlons and is currently training for a 100-mile race.
The move comes as Whoop gears up for an IPO in 2027.
Stephanie Moran Joins Walla as Chief Revenue Officer
Walla has appointed Stephanie Moran as chief revenue officer as the boutique fitness software company looks to accelerate its next stage of growth.
Moran brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including over a decade at Mindbody and a previous role as head of growth at ClubReady. She also owns and operates a boutique fitness studio.
At Walla, Moran will oversee sales, marketing, revenue operations, professional services, pricing and packaging, and strategic partnerships.
Juice Plus+ Names Jennifer Orlando CEO
Juice Plus+ has appointed Jennifer Orlando as CEO. She succeeds board chairman Mike Lohner, who served as interim CEO and will remain a special advisor to Orlando.
Orlando brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience in direct selling, wellness and beauty. She most recently served as CEO of Arbonne and previously held leadership roles at Plexus Worldwide, Stella & Dot and LVMH.
Pressed Juicery Adds Two Executives
In other juice news, Pressed Juicery has appointed Tina Reejsinghani as chief marketing officer and Chad Peffer as chief sales officer as the wellness beverage brand targets a major national wholesale expansion.
Reejsinghani brings more than 22 years of brand-building experience, including leadership roles at Unilever, Pernod Ricard and Rémy Cointreau. She will lead Pressed’s marketing organization and guide the brand’s evolution as it reaches a broader audience.
Peffer brings more than two decades of beverage sales experience, including 20 years at Red Bull and a subsequent stint as president and chief commercial officer of CLEAN Cause. He will oversee Pressed’s sales organization and growing wholesale operation.
Pressed products are currently sold in nearly 10,000 locations beyond its company-owned stores, with wholesale now accounting for the majority of company sales.
Countdown Names Julie Teer CEO
Countdown has appointed Julie Teer as CEO, effective Sept. 1, as the nonprofit looks to expand its work in mitochondrial science and medicine.
Teer brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare, philanthropy and public affairs. She most recently served as senior vice president of Wellstar Health System and president of the Wellstar Foundation, where she grew annual philanthropic revenue to more than $20 million.
As CEO, Teer will oversee Countdown’s strategy, fundraising, partnerships, operations and growth while working alongside founder and president Mitzi Solomon.
RealTime Reservation Taps David ‘Nick’ Di Lucia as Chief Growth Officer
RealTime Reservation has appointed David “Nick” Di Lucia as chief growth officer, tasking the hospitality technology veteran with leading growth initiatives, strategic partnerships and client expansion.
Di Lucia brings more than three decades of experience across hospitality, technology and business development. He most recently served as executive vice president and brand ambassador at Allbridge and previously spent a decade leading sales and marketing at DCI-Design Communications.
The appointment follows RTR’s acquisition of STAY, which expanded the company’s hospitality technology platform to more than 2,000 properties across over 75 countries.
