New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry departed Sunday’s game early with a foot injury. He is questionable to return.

Henry appeared to suffer the injury on a four-yard completion in the second quarter. The veteran spent multiple minutes in the blue medical tent before departing to the locker room.

Before departing, Henry was the team’s top receiver with three catches for 30 yards. Rookie Eli Raridon then took over as the top tight end, as the Patriots also have Cameron Latu and rookie Tanner Arkin active at the position.

The Patriots entered Sunday already down multiple skill players with wide receiver A.J. Brown and running back TreVeyon Henderson out. Henry and Raridon were set for key roles with just four active wide receivers.
