Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Dončić has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the L.A. Clippers.

Dončić led the Lakers in scoring in a 136-129 home loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday, Oct. 27.

The point guard nearly produced a double-double with 41 points, nine assists and five rebounds in 39 minutes played against Portland.

It followed his 52-point game against the Utah Jazz on Sunday, Oct. 25. Dončić scored 39 points through the first three quarters of play before tying Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with 10 career 50-point games, which is the 11th most in NBA history. The Lakers guard passed Kevin Durant and Giannis Antetokounmpo, who each have nine.
