The time has finally come. Notre Dame is about to step into game week with a matchup against the Wisconsin Badgers in Lambeau Field, and they just publicly announced their captains for the 2026 college football season.

Quarterback CJ Carr #13 CAPTAIN
Linebacker Drayk Bowen #34 CAPTAIN
Safety Adon Shuler #8 CAPTAIN
Wide Receiver Jordan Faison #6 CAPTAIN

Both Drayk Bowen and Adon Shuler are returning captains from last season, and there really has been no question that CJ Carr has been a leader on this team for quite some time. Jordan Faison, by the way… is a national champion and is one of those guys you follow into battle.
