Per a Spurs press release:

“The San Antonio Spurs announced a new partnership with Shiner Texas Bourbon, marking the expansion of Shiner Texas Spirits’ existing Spurs partnership, announced in 2025. Shiner Texas Bourbon products will now be featured in specialty craft cocktails sold at the Shiner branded bar in the Frost Club, among additional assets.”

Said Nick Weiland, vice president of marketing for Shiner,

As we launch our first release of Shiner Texas Bourbon, we’re proud to deepen our partnership with the Spurs and share a spirit that is authentically Texan. Shiner Texas Bourbon is made grain-to-glass in Texas and brings a rich aroma and depth of flavor while staying smooth and balanced. Fans will love it!”

Signature cocktails such as Hardwood Smash, Cherry Lime Shine, Texas Margarita, Riverwalk Mule and Choosin’ Texas will be available at the Shiner Bar.

Add Frank Miceli, chief commercial officer of Spurs Sports & Entertainment,

“Shiner shares the pride and care we put into everything we do. We’re thrilled to grow our partnership as they introduce Shiner Texas Bourbon, bringing their craftsmanship to new signature cocktails and giving fans another taste of Texas at Frost Bank Center.”

The release went to emphasize how Shiner’s “commitment to excellence and craftsmanship mirrors the Spurs core values of integrity, caring and success in their work.”

Next home game is Friday, November 13 as the Spurs host the Golden State Warriors in Emirate’s Cup Group level competition.

By the way, kick off your Friday off with the photo that resulted when I searched “Spurs” and “Shiner” for a image to post with the article.
