Poll: Wizards Fans Don’t Think Dybantsa Had To Play More Summer Games
Thanks everyone for voting in our SB Nation Reacts poll this week. Going forward, these polls will also be posted separately in The Feed, which is the evolution of FanPosts and FanShots before our migration to WordPress just one year ago.
First, let’s get to the most important question. How do you feel about AJ Dybantsa only playing two Summer League games? Though Kevin Broom and I feel like he should have played more, we were the minority.
Just 36 percent of respondents felt the rookie needed to play more Summer League games, suggesting that most fans were satisfied with what they saw in two games. Rather than chasing extra minutes in July where Dybantsa would have likely been among the best players on the court anyway, most fans would probably prefer that he minimize risk for injury and get ready for the season this fall.

Meanwhile, league-wide perceptions in the East have shifted dramatically. The New York Knicks received 49 percent of the vote as the conference’s best team, comfortably ahead of the Philadelphia 76ers at 35 percent. FanDuel would also add that the Wizards’ odds of winning the East are like your odds of winning Powerball. Not surprising because the Power Rankings project that the Wizards will still be at the bottom. They just won’t be … as bad talent-wise as last year.
Gulp.
Or … let’s just see AJ, AD and Trae prove everyone wrong!
