Rams' Alaric Jackson Arrested For Domestic Violence: What We Know
Los Angeles Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence on June 8, according to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department.
The LAPD spokesperson cited victim confidentiality requirements related to domestic violence investigations and said "no further information is being released at this time."
Jackson's case "will be submitted to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration," the spokesperson told USA TODAY Sports.
NBC4 first reported the news of Jackson's arrest, writing, "Jackson thought the woman was recording him with her phone and allegedly tried to take the phone out of her hand. Investigators said the woman had scratch marks on her arms."
Jackson, 27, could face charges of felony domestic battery after his arrest, according to NBC4.
The California Post and ESPN reported that the Los Angeles Police Department booked Jackson early in the morning on June 9. Both reports indicate that Jackson was released on $50,000 bond at 7:20 a.m. PT.
A Philadelphia woman filed a lawsuit against Jackson in November, alleging he recorded her without consent during sex in May 2024. The lawsuit also claims Jackson refused to delete the video and taunted the woman.
In August 2024, Jackson received a two-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.
Jackson signed a three-year, $56.3 million extension with the Rams in February 2025.
