A few days after reports surfaced of an MCL sprain for Ravens rookie guard/center Vega Ioane, the first-year blocker is back on the practice field in Baltimore as the team prepares for the Buffalo Bills in Week 8.

Ian Rapoport was the first to report news of the knee injury Ioane suffered against the Bengals in Week 7, and the end of that tweet featured the following sentence; “it’s considered to be a short-term injury, though he will miss a little time.”

After a DNP to start the week of practice, Ioane has returned:

Beyond Ioane, former All-Pros Kyle Hamilton and Roquan Smith, both of whom did not practice for the Ravens on Wednesday, also returned to the field Thursday.

We’ll of course continue to monitor their official practice statuses and eventually game designations after practice on Friday.

But, suddenly, it appears the Ravens might be healthier than everyone originally thought.
