Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Seahawks fans and fans across the country.

It’s time for another Seahawks Reacts survey! Get your prediction cap on again because we’re focused on how the Seattle Seahawks will fare against their NFC West rivals. Last year they finished 4-2 in the regular season and had to beat the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams again in the playoffs to top out at 6-2. It’s by far the best we’ve seen the Seahawks perform against their division foes in years.

The Seahawks have been back in the NFC West since 2002, and only four times have they either gone 5-1 or 6-0 in division games: 2005 (6-0), 2003 (5-1), 2007 (5-1), and 2014 (5-1). Those 2005 and 2007 seasons were horrific for the NFC West, whereas 2014 was a gauntlet with the asterisk of the Arizona Cardinals’ collapse following Carson Palmer’s ACL tear.

Winning division games is hard, and the Seahawks will likely have to contend with the Rams again for the division title. If the 49ers can avoid going three seconds without an injury, they could also still be a problem. The Cardinals haven’t beaten the Seahawks since 2021 and are expected to be bad again this year, but take nothing for granted.

So what’s it going to be? What will Seattle’s NFC West record be in the 2026 regular season? The answers range from 6-0 to 0-6, but since our poll currently allows just six options, the 1-5 and 0-6 records are lumped together.
