Should The Saints Pursue Wyatt Teller In Free Agency?
One of the New Orleans Saints’ biggest weaknesses last season was the interior of the offensive line, particularly at guard.
With Wyatt Teller announcing on social media that his time with the Cleveland Browns has come to an end, the two-time All-Pro and three-time Pro Bowl selection could be exactly what the team needs in free agency.

Teller, 31, is one of five starting offensive linemen for the Browns entering free agency this offseason. The former fifth-round pick of the Buffalo Bills spent the past seven seasons in Cleveland but will be looking for a new home in 2026.
This past season, Teller appeared in 13 games for the Browns after dealing with ankle and calf injuries—his lowest game total since the 2020 campaign. He allowed three sacks and 24 total pressures on 488 pass-blocking snaps while posting a career-low 53.1 pass-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus. However, Teller remains known for his run-blocking ability, and with New Orleans’ struggling rushing attack in 2025, he could be an ideal fit.
Teller would be an upgrade over the Saints’ current options at guard, and he could potentially be signed to a team-friendly, short-term deal. Cesar Ruiz has struggled with injuries and regressed following a breakout season, making him a likely trade candidate to give both player and team a fresh start. Meanwhile, Dillon Radunz dealt with discipline issues, committing eight penalties last season.
With the interior of the offensive line still a priority for New Orleans, should the Saints pursue Wyatt Teller in free agency?
