The Vikings are 5-0 and on a bye week. Normally, that would be a great opportunity to relax and enjoy a stress-free Sunday. Instead, I’ll be spending part of my weekend watching the Bears and Falcons in person while keeping an eye on the Packers and Cowboys Sunday night. If we can’t watch our favorite team this weekend, the rest of the NFC North will have to do.

Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears are headed to Atlanta to face the Falcons and I will actually be at this game. It’s still uncertain if Caleb Williams will play, but the Falcons will have Michael Penix Jr. in the lineup. The Bears defense is struggling and I don’t think Caleb Williams will play this week. The Bears will go down in Atlanta, 31 – 16. Falcons will move to 2-0 against the NFCN.

Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers will host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. Neither one of these teams is off to the start they wanted. However, the Packers are coming off a blowout victory against the Bears last week.  I expect this to be a high scoring affair, with the Packers unfortunately pulling it out at the end, 34 – 31.

The Detroit Lions are also on a bye.
