Weight Watchers Adds Pvolve Fitness Classes In Glp-1 Support Play
Weight Watchers is the latest telehealth company to bundle pharma and fitness, a model that’s quickly becoming the standard for long-term weight care
Women lose between 3% and 5% of their muscle mass per decade starting at age 30, a reality that has pushed Weight Watchers toward a new partner: Pvolve, the fast-growing boutique fitness franchise endorsed by Jennifer Aniston.
Starting Tuesday, Weight Watchers members can access up to 30 of Pvolve’s classes through several of the weight management company’s programs, including its GLP-1 medication tiers.
Members can also upgrade to Pvolve’s full on-demand library or purchase a Pvolve-branded resistance equipment starter kit.
Weight Watchers says members who regularly engaged with its Med+ program lost 61.3% more body weight at one month than those taking medication alone, and 29.1% more at twelve months. Meanwhile, Pvolve’s own research found that participants in its 12-week program saw significant increases in lean muscle mass and improved lower-body strength by 19%.
“As the definition of weight health evolves, so does our approach,” Weight Watchers chief experience officer and SoulCycle co-founder Julie Rice said. “This partnership with Pvolve builds on our foundation by bringing more strength-forward movement into our ecosystem alongside nutrition, behavior change, coaching and medical care so our members can achieve more sustainable, long-term results.”
Rice, a longtime Weight Watchers board member, joined the storied weight management company last year after it acquired Peoplehood, the wellness support platform she co-founded.
Aniston was recently featured in Pvolve’s 2026 campaign alongside its new partnership with mental health app Headspace and a four-week challenge spanning studios and digital.

Telehealth & Fitness Brands Are Linking Up
The crossover between telehealth companies and boutique fitness is growing amid the rise of GLP-1s.
Last fall, Club Pilates and Pure Barre teamed up with newly minted unicorn Midi Health on a campaign focused on education, resources and events around hormone health, menopause management and longevity, bringing live workshops led by Midi clinicians to select studios.
Most recently, F45 Training expanded its wellness strategy through a new two-year partnership with Joi + Blokes. The deal plugs F45 members into Joi + Blokes’ platform, which uses lab testing to inform personalized care plans spanning hormone and metabolic health, GLP-1 treatment, sexual health, longevity and supplements.
