Odell Beckham Jr. is a Giant again, and it's not just for old times' sake.

Malik Nabers and Theo Johnson are both banged up. Calvin Austin is done for the season. That opens the door for Beckham, back for his second stint with the franchise, to see real playing time Sunday night when the Giants host the Cowboys, capping the first full slate of NFL games in the 2026 season.

Beckham is making his return in a tough spot. The Giants are trying to end a three-year playoff drought under new coach John Harbaugh and their opener is against the Cowboys. Dak Prescott has already beaten New York three straight times and carries a 37-10 record against the NFC East.

Cowboys-Giants closes the night on NBC. Thirteen games play out before it across FOX, CBS and NBC, the league's first full slate of the 2026 season, after Wednesday's and Thursday's standalone openers.
