And if you're prepping for summer travel or noticing some wear and tear on your current luggage, I've found a sale that's still going strong. Better yet, it's on a brand I've traveled around the world with and on a carry-on I've owned for more than 10 years. That's some serious mileage—and yes, it's the same one that United lost.

Right now, Away Travel—the brand behind the well-loved suitcases and travel bags you've probably seen all over TikTok, Instagram, and in trendy storefronts—is in the middle of its 'Get Away Days' sale, with up to 25% off. You can also score discounts on select models through Amazon.

The current version of my suitcase, the aptly named Carry-On, is down to $233 from $275 in a range of colors. It fits easily in the overhead bins on most airlines, and while Away says it's ideal for five to seven outfits, I've comfortably packed enough for two- to three-night trips with some strategic packing.
