Agile Product Manager
To support global health benefits initiatives, the full-time Agile Product Manager will guide the product vision for Policy Administration System scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns business goals, customer needs, and delivery capacity Translate strategic initiatives into product outcomes by defining features and helping teams understand the value behind their work Lead discovery work using customer feedback and data to test ideas before teams invest in delivery Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership Experience working with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product solutions Ability to turn business needs into clear product direction and measurable outcomes Proven ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams Experience working with international stakeholders across regions and time zones
