A federal grand jury just indicted an ANTIFA podcaster for threatening to assassinate President Trump — and his online store is still open for business.

Benjamin Azariah Southworth, the man behind the online persona "The Holy Menace," was taken into custody by the United States Secret Service after prosecutors say he crossed every line the law recognizes. According to the indictment, Southworth didn't just post angry commentary about the President of the United States. He looked directly into his own camera on March thirty-first and said the words "kill Donald Trump, kill that traitor of the United States Constitution." Then, according to federal prosecutors, he turned around and sold merchandise off the back of it — five-dollar sticker sheets reading KILL TRUMP, marketed to his followers like any other piece of activist swag. The storefront was still live as this report was filed.

But the case reaches far past the Oval Office, and this is the part most national outlets are burying. U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli charges that Southworth published the home address and phone numbers of Jay Sekulow — President Trump's personal attorney — along with contact information for Sekulow's family members. Prosecutors allege he then left voicemails at that home telling them "justice comes to your door." That is a private residence. That is a lawyer's wife and children answering a phone. The indictment brings three counts: threatening the President, cyberstalking, and harassing communications, and every one of them tracks a pattern of political violence that has been normalized, excused, and repackaged as protest for years now.

Then there's the video. Southworth allegedly filmed himself digitally inserted into the Oval Office standing behind President Trump, raising a knife to the back of the President's head, cutting to a woman screaming — and closing with an advertisement for his ANTIFA merchandise line. That is not performance art. That is a monetized assassination fantasy with a checkout page attached.
