Arm Holdings plc has been stuck in a bit of a sideways channel for a while now but based on some recent NVIDIA rumours that surfaced again today, as well as it did okay earnings wise recently, there might be a reasonable chance we will see it head back to the top (or even the mid point) of this channel again. The company architects and licenses CPU products and technologies that power a massive portion of the global tech ecosystem and provides a lower cost and lower power alternative to Intel and AMD CPUs that have been traditionally so dominant

Fundamentally, the momentum here is supported by an expanding footprint in new markets. The rumoured upcoming launch of Nvidia's N1 and N1X chips. These new processors are expected to debut in consumer laptops from major manufacturers like Dell and Lenovo. This represents a significant push into the broader PC CPU market, likely leveraging ARM-based architecture to challenge traditional x86 dominance.

Technically, we have a pretty defined channel, so if price continues up from where it is, you might meet that 20% type level again with a potential push to the 40% level where it tends to top out. Be a good one to keep moving your stop up as it approaches these levels.

This is probably one of those buy the rumour sell the news type plays.
