Key responsibilities Build and improve the company operating system, maintaining planning, reporting, and decision-making rhythms Drive cross-functional initiatives by clarifying ownership, timelines, dependencies, and risks Support strategic planning by translating company goals into operating plans and tracking progress Required qualifications Strong business judgment with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable tasks Track record of improving team planning, coordination, and execution Experience partnering with senior executives and key external stakeholders Strong quantitative skills and comfort with building models and tracking metrics Typically 5-10+ years of professional experience in business operations or a similar high-responsibility role
