Director Of Risk Strategy
Partnering closely with the Chief Risk Officer, the full-time Director of Risk Strategy will define organizational strategy and execution plans across the Risk organization, focusing on Fraud, Credit, Collections, and Operational Risk in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Define long-term strategy and execution plans for the Risk organization, ensuring alignment and focus on high-impact initiatives Lead strategic initiatives that involve collaboration across various departments, including Product, Engineering, and Finance Prepare executive communications and strategic planning documents that clearly convey the Risk organization's priorities and impact Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or risk strategy within FinTech or financial services Strong understanding of financial services risk, including experience with Fraud, Credit, and Operational Risk Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity Proven experience working with senior executives on strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives Comfortable using data and analytical tools to inform strategic decisions
