Employee Listening Design Lead
Leading the design and delivery of employee listening initiatives, the full-time Employee Listening Design Lead will manage complex programs, translate strategy into operational plans, and leverage data insights while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and implement employee listening programs from conception to delivery at scale Translate strategic objectives into operational plans while collaborating with HR and business leaders Analyze talent data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in Employee Listening, People Analytics, or Organizational Development Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with global impact Strong data literacy and experience with talent data and dashboards Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior executives
