First Global Campaign, Looking For Advice

Hi all. Not sure if this is the best place to post this. Not new to digital marketing and google ads but it will be my first time targeting countries outside the country of origin of my business, would want to ask how other marketers have done it.

For context. This is a new business consulting/outsourcing business i’m helping grow. We are from the PH but targeted to america, UK and australia. Building seo, social, and brand presence from the ground up for them too.

Planning to do a search campaign with lead generation as our end goal. We already have some keywords prepared, tags are being put in place, and fields are being mapped. Since this will be the first campaign will also be doing max clicks to give google some data to work with before shifting to max conversions.

Wanted to ask on tips on best practices on campaigns setup since multiple countries are involved, is setting up by country the best? And of course budgets. I’m having a hard time forecasting returns as our business services are cheap. Not sure if it can keep up with the monthly bidding requirements with the countries listed above.
