Leading the global HR Business Partner organization, the full-time Global Vice President, HR Business Partnering will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into effective workforce and people strategies while driving organizational change and talent development. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the global and regional HR Business Partner organization Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating business strategy into actionable workforce plans Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development Required qualifications Significant progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, global organization Experience partnering directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders Strong commercial and financial acumen Deep expertise in organization design, workforce planning, and change management Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry is preferred
