I Need Career Advice! Agnecy Owner Needs A Change

I have a social media marketing agency where I help real estate agents with their social media posts. I have a drone as well along with my FAA part 107 license. I don't make a lot of money doing this, and I think it's time for a change.

My last job, I worked at a construciton company where I had a nice camera and did a good job running meta ads. I even brought in a lead that ended up being a $3,000,000 custom home build job.

I've only ever worked for local companies, and where I live, there aren't a whole lot of opportunities in marketing alone.

Honestly, my business doesn't make enough money, and I'm only doing it until I find the next step. People don't seem to want social media management. Some older folks appreciate having someone post their sales for them, but they don't want to really try on social media, so I'm left reposting the same listings and market updates.

I see so many opportunities for remote digital marketing specialist positions online and I've never been able to even land an interview. I've been running meta ads for years, I understand how to use platforms like Hootsuite, Agorapulse, and Later, I can build websites, optimize content SEO, and so much more.

I don't understand what I need to do to get my foot in the door with these companies. I'm more than capable, but feel lost until I find the right opportunity.
