It Infrastructure Delivery Consultant
To support technology infrastructure services, the full-time IT Infrastructure Delivery Management Consultant will coordinate resources, prioritize work, and enhance service delivery while working remotely from a home office. Key responsibilities Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align infrastructure services with organizational goals Monitor service delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support the transition of new technologies into production by ensuring operational readiness Required qualifications BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience Eight years of progressively responsible experience in technology infrastructure services or related fields Understanding of IT Infrastructure Operations (I&O) and service delivery concepts Demonstrated knowledge of service management and process improvement methodologies Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
