Plz Help Me In Creating Crm

I'm brainstorming a lot I'm still not able to find a reliable solution.

I own a business and I want to create a CRM to track my leads, clients, deals and partners. I tried hubspot and it's soo best like I can see people their company deals with them, we can write their number, email, company, deal, notes, scheduled meetings, date of first meet up, and connectors like I can import my contacts from Google contacts so I don't have to write mobile number again and again, there is sheets connector so I can import data from CSV, there is customizable dashboard, works from mobile and desktop, we get notifications of meetings from the app/ email/ google calender. Offer access management too so people under me can also access the database...

Google sheets is also easy to use we can create multiple sheets in one spreadsheet and can update the status like Lead - not approached, called, scheduled meeting, closed.

They both have good features but where they lack is they can't connect with my obsidian vault so if I want to add some resources for my client which are stored in my vault so in obsidian I can directly open the note of that client and add the resources by [[resource1]] so it will have a good neural networking and easy to track..

I can connect them with claude code or any cli agent via MCP or API and they can update the changes, schedule 10-12 meetings in just one prompt or add new entries with personalized info. But there is api call everytime so it cost more tokens than the local files. Plus the latency - everytime it's calling api -> getting response -> checking it -> sends back the updated result -> result stored in hubspot CRM. This process consumes more tokens and quite more time.

Whereas I save all my things locally in obsidian and I use linux so it's so easy for me to tell claude code to make any changes in obsidian. And since it's local so there is no api call and it works so smooth..

So obsidian is good for all, just it lacks the connectors, it doesn't have interface like Google sheets, obsidian bases exist but It's quite time consuming to setup and use on daily basis..

For example CRM base : rules should be -> the files must be in this particular folder, it must have this this tag, it shouldn't contain canvas or images files, multiple grouping, etc. plus it doesn't show empty row ???? if I want to add new entry I have to click on + button and new page opens, so it's difficult to go back and forth again and again...

It doesn't have connectors so if I want to schedule meeting with one client on Friday so I need a reminder so it must connect with Google Calendar so I will become notified before meeting.. it should have a status property so that I can edit the status of leads, it should have features of relational database, so I can have 2 tables one for clients and one for deals.. one client can have multiple deals so the foreign key of client.id will be visible in deals table and it's easy to sort them... Tell me how I can manage this? How I can use one client 5 deals system in obsidian.. and also the things which I mentioned... Or is there any other way I can use to create CRM?

One idea can be I can use any open source CRM and I can create a system in which I can see that CRM inside my obsidian and add entries in it...

Btw I'm a developer and founder as well as computer engineer so I have good knowledge of both the development and business.. so you can share your tips of how you manage your CRM or how you can help me in solving my problem...
