Questions About Having Multiple Devices Logged Into One Notion Account + Guest Access Logistics
I have a Notion shared with 4 of my friends (we are all currently added as workspace owners) that is used for fun, not business, and we have hit the block limit on our free plans quite easily. Instead of paying a $60/monthly fee to upgrade (If I had a smaller number of people on the workspace and we weren't all unemployed college students or I was going to be using this for work I would be willing to pay), I had some ideas of workarounds that I believe should work, but I wanted to ask here first to check if they are doable.
Option 1: The 5 of us have one shared email account & Notion that we all log in to-- I've been logged into my Notion before on multiple devices, so I don't think this would be an issue, but I have yet to try with 5 devices. There is also the question if 2 or more of us were to be editing the workspace at once if it would cause any issues.
Option 2: I continue to own the workspace, but I put all pages in the workspace under one page hub and simply add my friends as guests to that page hub, so they should be able to see all the same pages they were able to see before. Is there a limit to the amount of pages you can add guests to? Is there anything that guests can't do that owners can besides management stuff such as deleting the workspace, adding new members, etc?
Thank you in advance!
