Senior Manager, Health Plan Technology
Driving growth across strategic provider and health plan accounts, the full-time Senior Manager, Health Plan Technology will create and close new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and provide functional guidance on technology implementations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the senior payer-functional and technology subject matter expert on client engagements, including Epic Payer Platform and Tapestry implementations Advise health-plan executives on platform and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with regulatory readiness and value-based care enablement Support business development through pre-sales technical conversations, RFP responses, and solution shaping while mentoring junior consultants on payer functional depth Required qualifications At least 8 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with providers, health systems, or healthcare technology organizations Direct experience implementing Epic Payer Platform or Tapestry at a health plan as a functional or technology lead Working knowledge of core admin platforms and interface engines in the payer technology landscape Functional depth in areas such as utilization management, claims configuration, or risk adjustment Bachelor's degree required; MBA or healthcare-focused graduate degree preferred
