Inspired by a lesson from the book Bhujia Barons about the rise of Haldiram’s, he followed two powerful principles: stand out dramatically and show up consistently.

This philosophy shaped his early content journey. He began publishing long-form, research-heavy posts on LinkedIn every single day at exactly 8 AM, even when almost no one was reading them. For weeks, engagement remained minimal — sometimes only a handful of likes from friends and family. But persistence paid off when one deeply researched post finally gained traction, revealing the formula that worked.

From there, momentum began to build.

Within months, thousands of followers joined his platform. He expanded his ecosystem by launching the Biz News Plus WhatsApp community to build deeper relationships with readers, followed by newsletters such as Decoding and Co-Bharat that started attracting influential readers across India’s policy and business circles.

As his insights gained credibility, new opportunities emerged — from research collaborations and LinkedIn ghostwriting to podcast invitations with leading finance creators. What began as a hesitant podcast appearance eventually opened the door to video content, where even a simple hotel-room recording unexpectedly reached tens of thousands of viewers.

In just a few months, his audience grew dramatically across platforms, from LinkedIn and Instagram to newsletters and WhatsApp communities.

Recognition soon followed. Through the Zerodha Creator Network, he found himself standing among some of India’s most prominent entrepreneurs, creators, and business leaders — a powerful moment that validated years of relentless work.

But for Mr Mundhra, that moment was not the destination. It was a signal to raise the bar even higher — scaling content, expanding platforms, and pushing his ideas further into mainstream discourse, including publishing in leading newspapers such as The Hindu.
