Key responsibilities Build and implement a partnership strategy targeting large technology companies to drive revenue without scaling the sales organization Oversee the technology partnership program, including program design, partner selection, and management of the partner ecosystem Identify and pursue large partnership initiatives while providing thought leadership and aligning strategies across teams Required qualifications 10+ years of partnership, alliance, or business development experience in medium to large-scale organizations Proven track record of growing revenue through partnership leadership in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment Strong understanding of the technology partnership landscape and experience managing complex partnership deals Demonstrated leadership with global, cross-functional teams and ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
