Addy Ai Integrates With Ice Encompass For Loan Officer Workflows

Addy AI, a loan officer workflow platform, announced this week a partnership with ICE Mortgage Technology to integrate with the Encompass loan origination system.

The integration, which aims to help loan officers spend less time reading PDFs, chasing documents and interpreting findings, is designed to address delays that often occur in the middle of the loan process, such as incomplete applications.

Addy AI’s workflow uses a simple loop by running a processing checklist early, requesting missing items and rechecking the file as new documents arrive.

“This partnership brings Addy AI directly into the Encompass workflow where loan officers live every day,” Michael Vandi, founder and CEO of Addy AI, said in a statement. “Our goal is to make it dramatically faster to understand what is missing, take the right next steps, and submit a cleaner file that moves through underwriting with less friction.”

The integration lets Encompass users generate an artificial intelligence-driven processing checklist, turn findings into plain-language next steps, accelerate document collection with trackable requests and reduce rework by catching gaps earlier.
