Atlanta’s No. 3 Realtrends Verified Small Team Launches Dossier With Side
The No. 3 RealTrends Verified ranked small team in Atlanta is making the move to Side. On Wednesday, Harvin Greene announced that she and her eponymous team would be leaving Dorsey Altson Realtors to set up DOSSIER, a new boutique firm at white-label brokerage Side.
In 2024, the Harvin Greene team closed 25 transaction sides for $88.80 million in sales volume, according to RealTrends Verified data. This sales volume earned the team the No. 5 rank in Georgia and the No. 3 rank in Atlanta among small teams in the 2025 RealTrends Verified Rankings.
According to the release, as with her team at Dorsey Alston Realtors, which specialized in luxury real estate, DOSSIER will offer clients a polished and personalized experience as they work to buy or sell a property.
“We’re seeing more consolidation than ever in real estate, but bigger doesn’t always mean better for clients,” Greene said in a statement. “DOSSIER was built as a response to that — a firm where innovation, integrity and exceptional service aren’t diluted by scale.”
Greene has over 17 years of real estate experience in addition to a decade-long career leading global marketing efforts at The Coca-Cola Company. Green also works alongside her husband Tommy Greene who runs the custom homebuilding firm T2Greene.
“Harvin represents the future of independent luxury real estate,” Guy Gal, the CEO and co-founder of Side, said in a statement. “She’s not just selling homes — she’s building a brand that elevates how clients feel, decide and invest.”
