Compass Opens New Office In Historic New Hope, Pennsylvania

Just weeks after closing its acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate, Compass is continuing to grow, opening its first office in New Hope, Penn.

While this is the first time Compass will have a physical presence in New Hope, the brokerage has operated in Bucks County since March 2019.

Headlining the new office is Revi Haviv, a local luxury agent moving to Compass from Addison Wolfe Real Estate, a local brokerage. Haviv holds active real estate licenses in both Pennsylvania and nearby New Jersey.

“I’ve built my business by being deeply connected to New Hope and the people who live and work here,” Haviv said in a statement. “Opening a Compass office in town allows me to better serve my clients locally, while leveraging a technology platform that helps me work smarter and stay focused on delivering results for my clients.”

Kevin Reddington, a Compass senior sales manager, said the new office was a “meaningful milestone” for Compass.

“We’re thrilled to support Revi as she enters the next phase of her career,” Reddington said in a statement.

New Hope is known for its Revolutionary War history. During the war, General George Washington and his troops passed through the town prior to crossing the Delaware River, which led to the historic Battle of Trenton.
